Alexander specializes in structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of investment funds, co-investment vehicles, carry and co-investment schemes, rated feeders and segregated mandates. He has extensive experience advising sponsors on the establishment and operation of a range of open and closed-end private funds across a range of asset classes.
