Jeni Griffin is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Jeni's practice focuses on internal and government investigations, compliance counseling and complex commercial litigation.

Jeni received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2024, graduating Order of the Coif. In law school, Jeni earned the LexisNexis Runner-Up Best Brief Award as a participant in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and subsequently served as topic editor. She was also a member of the USC Gould Mediation Clinic mediating small claims, unlawful detainer and employment discrimination cases in the Los Angeles Superior Court system and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Jeni earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Economics from Tulane University in 2021, where she competed as a member of the Division 1 swim team.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Jeni served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael W. Mosman and Amy M. Baggio of the United States District Court, District of Oregon.
