
Overview
Jörg Ruff is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Paul Hastings.
He focuses on all aspects of German business and corporate law and advises corporate clients, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public takeovers and corporate reorganizations.
Handelsblatt Best Lawyers lists Jörg among the “Ones to Watch” 2025 for M&A, private equity and corporate law in Germany.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Joerg worked in the corporate and M&A practices at two top U.S. law firms. He is admitted to practice in Germany.
