Overview
Mac Campbell is a partner in the Fund Finance team in Paul Hastings’ London office.
Mac’s experience includes acting for borrowers, sponsors and lenders (including bank and nonbank lenders) on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border debt finance transactions, focusing on fund finance, acquisition finance, project finance, warehouse and portfolio finance, hybrid credit, general corporate lending, restructurings and other bespoke financings.
Recognized as a Stand-Out Lawyer by Thomson Reuters in 2025 and 2026, Mac has particular experience in guiding sponsors on all forms of fund financings, portfolio financings, and multi-layered and multi-source financings, as well as extensive experience in all forms of financings to energy-related assets and investments.
