Overview

Matthew Calvert is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.

Matthew has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes advising corporates, private equity sponsors and financial institutions on cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures and other complex corporate transactions. He also advises on equity capital markets, corporate governance, shareholder and general company law matters
