Matthew Thrush is an Associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Matthew’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of complex corporate, M&A and structured finance transactions. He has broad experience advising clients on a range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, as well as representing clients in tax litigation.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Matthew was a tax associate at an international law firm in Sydney, Australia. He is admitted to practice in Australia.
