
Overview
Michael Nathin is an associate in the Tax practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Michael received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020. While at Georgetown Law, he was accepted into the inaugural class of the Business Law Scholars program, which focused on extensive practical training and developing business connections.
Prior to attending Georgetown Law, Michael obtained his CPA license while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael was a member of the Specialized Tax Services team, focusing predominantly on transaction costs analyses as well as E&P, stock basis and Section 382 NOL studies. He previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in both accounting and finance, from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2015.
