Overview

Nicole Wong is an associate in the Tax practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She focuses her practice on analyzing tax issues with respect to structured credit (with a particular emphasis on collateralized loan obligation transactions) and real estate investment trusts. 

Nicole received her J.D., cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2022. While at Hofstra Law, she was selected as one of the first LatinoJustice Corporate/Law Firm Alliance Summer Program interns. Upon graduation, Nicole was selected by her faculty as the Christopher G. Gegwich Outstanding Law Student Award recipient. 

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole interned with the legal department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. LLC on the asset management team, conducted data analysis for, and provided policy recommendations to, New York City agencies and academic institutions and served as a Teach for America Corps member. She regularly advises federal agencies and national organizations on policies and practices related to child welfare, leveraging her professional experience to advocate for financial literacy reform.
