
Overview
Raven Rowe is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her areas of focus include international trade law, national security regulation and investigations.
Raven provides routine guidance to multinational clients on a range of global trade controls and related regulatory issues, including assessment of and counseling domestic and foreign companies on the impact of economic sanctions issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) as well as compliance with export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Raven also represents entities in enforcement actions before federal regulatory bodies, including OFAC and BIS.
Raven received her law degree in 2022 from Boston University School of Law. During law school, she served as the Note Editor of The Boston University Law Review. Raven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Linguistics from Binghamton University, summa cum laude, in 2018. Raven is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
