Overview
Winston Gu is a Chicago-based corporate partner at Paul Hastings. He represents startup and emerging growth companies on a wide range of corporate and legal matters from formation to exit, including incorporation and organizational matters, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, joint ventures, commercial transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Winston’s practice also focuses on working with venture capital and private equity funds, family offices and corporate venture groups on their investments, as well as matters related to their portfolio companies.
He is also on the leadership circle of the Chicago-Northwest Indiana region of Teach for America.
