At the 2013 Trophées du Droit Leaders League (Décideurs) ceremony, the Paris office received the Gold Award (Trophée d’Or) for ‘Best Law Firm of the Year’ in the category “M&A: mid to large cap”. The firm won this award for advising on complex private equity transactions and for developing a corporate department led by some of the most talented partners of their generation.
