Paul Hastings was awarded "Equity Deal of the Year" for the Firm's representation of underwriters in Haitong Securities Ltd.'s IPO and listing of its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, "Real Estate and Construction Deal of the Year" for the firm's representation of Baha Mar Ltd. and "Real Estate and Construction Team of the Year" at the China Law & Practice awards ceremony in Beijing.
