Paul Hastings Advises on Project Finance International's European Renewables Deal of the Year

The acquisition of a majority stake in Edison and EDF EN’s 594MW renewable power portfolio by infrastructure investor F2i was named “European Renewables Deal of the Year” by Project Finance International and “Energy Deal of the Year” by LegalCommunity. The deal combined project and corporate financing structures and innovative governance agreements to create Italy’s third largest wind power operator. Paul Hastings advised Edison and EDF.
