Here’s what to expect before and after November 2, 2017.
Through November 2, 2017
Your account will continue to function as normal.
New users can enroll up until September 2, 2017. After this date, new users (such as unregistered family members) will not be able to enroll.
You will not be able to schedule payments after November 2, 2017.
You should print your payment history for future reference.
After November 2, 2017
TheMoney2for Health website and mobile app will be discontinued. You will no longer see claims or be able to make payments.
The "Pay Online" button, which appears onAetna'swebsite, will no longer direct you to yourMoney2for Health account. "Pay Online" will link you to the newAetnapayment solution portal where, for your personal financial protection, you will be required to enter your payment account information.
You will not be able to log in to theMoney2for Health portal to see your payment history.
