Citi Online Health Care Program Ending

August 11, 2017

Andy Arica, Benefits Analyst

The Money2 for Health online health care payment program, provided by Citi, will be discontinued as of November 2, 2017.  Aetna will be rolling out a new online payment program.  Aetna will contact you later this year with information about the change.

Here’s what to expect before and after November 2, 2017.

Through November 2, 2017

  • Your account will continue to function as normal.

  • New users can enroll up until September 2, 2017. After this date, new users (such as unregistered family members) will not be able to enroll.

  • You will not be able to schedule payments after November 2, 2017.

  • You should print your payment history for future reference.

After November 2, 2017

  • The Money2 for Health website and mobile app will be discontinued. You will no longer see claims or be able to make payments.

  • The "Pay Online" button, which appears on Aetna's website, will no longer direct you to your Money2 for Health account. "Pay Online" will link you to the new Aetna payment solution portal where, for your personal financial protection, you will be required to enter your payment account information.

  • You will not be able to log in to the Money2 for Health portal to see your payment history.

  • If you should have any questions about your Money2 for Health account, including tracking prior payments, please call the Money2 for Health customer service team at 1-877-305-0940.
