California Requires Mandatory Participation in IARD

On January 1, 2005, legislation became effective which requires mandatory electronic filing of Part I of Form ADV and Form U-4 for all investment advisers and investment adviser representatives registered with the California Department of Corporations through the Investment Adviser Registration Depository.
