The OIG Issues Supplemental Compliance Guidance for Hospitals

On January 31, 2005, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) issued its long-awaited Supplemental Compliance Program Guidance for Hospitals. This is the first time the OIG has updated its master list of compliance risk areas for hospitals since the first hospital compliance guidance was issued in February, 1998.
