On Wednesday, March 3 at 10:30 am (JST), Paul Hastings is co-hosting with Japan Institute for Overseas Investment (JOI) the first webinar of a series of arbitration workshop, titled “Current International Arbitration Practice and Challenges for Japanese Corporations (International Arbitration Practice Workshop Series)”. Our US litigation partners Joseph Profaizer and Eric W. Dittmann, as well as senior associate Sachiko Taniguchi, will be joined by Prof. Masato Dogauchi, Professor of Law at Waseda University and Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Tokyo, to discuss the latest trends of international arbitration practice and to share insights for Japanese corporations and multinational enterprises operating in Japan.
