Overview
Alec Kellzi is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on commercial finance transactions and general corporate matters.
Alec is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California. Prior to his employment as an attorney, Alec worked at two of the largest accounting firms in the world, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young (EY). During his time there, Alec worked with over 30 different Fortune 500 Companies in various accounting roles.
Alec received his law degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2024, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with magna cum laude honors in 2018.
