Overview
Alex Feng is a China associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Shanghai office.
Mr. Feng’s practice focuses on securities offerings, regulatory compliance and other related commercial matters. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Feng worked in the Shanghai office of another leading international law firm.
Mr. Feng passed the bar examination in China in 2014, but does not hold a current practicing certificate. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

- Advised CICC as the underwriter’s counsel on the global offering and listing of Hospital Corporation of China Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. (2017)
- Advised Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. on its global offering and H-share listing on Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, being the first H-share listed company in the Inner Mongolia region. (2017)
Mr. Feng also advised compliance and regulatory matters in relation to Hong Kong Listing Rules for clients including China Literature, Ping An Healthcare, Shanghai Electric, Shanghai Prime Machinery and Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering.
