Amelia Seder is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on debt and equity securities offerings, public and private capital transactions, and general corporate and securities law.

Ms. Seder has represented private companies and institutional investors in connection with public and private capital markets transactions.

Ms. Seder received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Science from Brown University in 2016.
