Amy Lawrence is of counsel in the Los Angeles office of Paul Hastings. Her practice focuses on the taxation of domestic and international transactions. Ms. Lawrence has been named a Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine.
Ms. Lawrence concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, lending and finance, and healthcare. She has experience representing private equity funds, strategic buyers, large multinational corporations, financial institutions, and emerging technology companies on a broad range of tax issues.
