Overview
Charlotte Guillemin is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice and is based in the Paris office.
Charlotte has previously worked with an investigating judge in the Financial Division of the Paris Court of First Instance, in the AMF's Investigations Department, and in the AFA's Control Department.
Charlotte works on cases involving white-collar crime as well as ethics and compliance (corporate sustainability due diligence and anti-corruption compliance).
Charlotte regularly conducts internal investigations for industrial or financial companies.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Charlotte worked at Antonin Lévy & Associés.
