Chetan Bansal is of counsel in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Bansal’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent office proceedings and litigation. Mr. Bansal has represented petitioners and patent owners in dozens of patent office post-grant proceedings, including interpartes review, and inter partes reexamination proceedings.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Bansal was a student associate in the Intellectual Property practice of an international law firm.
