Chloe Hillson is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Boston office. Her practice focuses on representing and advising clients on business transactions, including search fund matters and other complex transactions.

Chloe received her law degree from Columbia Law School in 2024, where she received Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar honors. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University in 2021. Chloe is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
