David Yanvarashvili is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. David's practice includes working with sponsors on the establishment and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including hedge, private equity, credit and real estate funds. He also advises clients on regulatory matters such as compliance with the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
