Overview
Devon Strauss is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. His practice focuses on real estate and finance transactions.
Devon advises private equity firms, investors, REITs and financial institutions on a variety of transactions across real estate asset classes including mortgage and mezzanine financing, acquisition financing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate REIT financing and commercial leasing.
Devon received his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and his Master of Finance from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management in 2017. He earned a B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University in 2013. Devon is admitted to practice law in California.
