Overview
Deyvid Madzharov is a senior associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Deyvid focuses his finance practice representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions in secured and unsecured loan transactions for both U.S. and internationally based businesses. He represents clients in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts, working capital financings and refinancings, investment grade financings, asset-based financings, and other debt financing transactions. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Paul Hastings, Deyvid practiced commercial finance law at a national firm based in Atlanta. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he was an articles editor of the Emory Law Journal and elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he earned the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate. Deyvid earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from Georgia State University.

- Represented JP Morgan, Inc. in a consolidated securities class action in the Southern District of New York and in various state actions, relating to allegations first made by the New York Attorney General relating to misconduct in connection with auction rate securities
- Represented a major radiology benefits manager in federal litigation relating to allegations of antitrust violations by physicians denied admission to radiology networks
