Erez Gilad is a partner in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Erez is a seasoned restructuring attorney who has played a prominent role in large and highly complex distressed situations across the country.
Erez has been described by clients as results-driven and combines a commercial and consensus-driven approach with high-impact and litigation-effective strategies in order to achieve client objectives and guide clients to successful outcomes.
Erez has extensive experience representing official creditors’ committees in some of the most complex and high-profile Chapter 11 cases in the country, including, most recently: FTX, LifeScan Global Corporation, Prospect Medical and Cano Health.
