Fritz Eggen is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Houston office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, energy, private equity, and finance. Mr. Eggen has significant experience advising private equity sponsors, commercial lenders, and oil and gas companies in a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financing and private placements, and corporate restructurings. He has also worked extensively with exploration and production companies and oil field service providers in a range of domestic production regions.
