Guozhen Wang is a China Associate of the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Beijing office. His practice focuses on public offerings, regulatory compliance of Hong Kong listed companies, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Mr. Wang passed the bar examination in China in 2021 and holds the legal professional qualification certificate granted by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC. Mr. Wang is fluent in English and Mandarin.
