萩原弘之は東京オフィスに所属する訴訟部のパートナー。知的財産に関するクロスボーダーの紛争案件、訴訟案件及び取引案件を30年以上にわたり代理してきた実績を持つ。特許侵害事件、知的財産ライセンス取引、訴訟及び仲裁を主に扱う。特許紛争では、電子工学、ソフトウェア、化学、製薬、生物学的製剤、半導体、電気通信から自動車までの幅広い分野を取り扱ってきた。営業秘密や商標案件も取り扱う。
