Overview

Jean Yu is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Hong Kong office. Ms. Yu's practice focuses on capital market offerings, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and other general corporate matters. Ms. Yu has participated in dozens of H-share and red-chip companies' successful listings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and has more than 10 years of experience in the compliance matters and M&A projects of listed companies in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Paul Hastings in March 2021, Ms. Yu was a partner at a major international law firm and a PRC law firm for a number of years, with a strong client base across Asia-Pacific.
