Jenna McGrath is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Ms. McGrath is a member of the Energy practice and provides counsel on a broad range of energy regulatory and transactional matters. Before joining Paul Hastings, Ms. McGrath was an Attorney-Adviser in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Office of General Counsel-Energy Markets division. At FERC, she specialized in matters involving wholesale electricity markets, pricing, and filings made pursuant to sections 205 and 206 of the federal power act.
Ms. McGrath received her J.D. in 2014 from the Boston University School of Law, where she was the president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society and a participant in BU's Asylum and Human Rights clinic. She received her B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
