• Represented Morgan Stanley, CLSA and Jefferies as the joint sponsors in the HK$1.83 billion global offering and initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Alphamab Oncology, a leading biopharmaceutical company in China dedicated to the development of innovative biologics for cancer therapy. *
• Represented Goldman Sachs, CICC, Credit Suisse and China Merchants Securities as the joint sponsors in the HK$2.6 billion global offering and H-share listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Venus Medtech, a leading transcatheter heart valve medical device player in China. *
