John Hunt is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Dallas office. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a wide range of commercial lending transactions. He assists clients with domestic and international transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, senior and subordinate credit facilities, asset-based loans, and leveraged acquisition financings.
