
Overview
John Michael Neubert is an associate in the Private Equity and M&A practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
His practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, growth equity investments, divestitures and recapitalizations of publicly-traded and privately-held companies. He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, John worked as an associate at another international law firm.
John received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 2021, where he served as a senior editor for Notre Dame's Journal on Emerging Technologies. He attended Texas Christian University on a full-tuition merit scholarship as a Chancellor's Scholar, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Comparative Religious Studies, cum laude, in 2018.
John is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
