Jonah Berger-Cahn is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on securities and capital markets and general corporate governance issues.

Jonah received his law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2024, where he served as an Articles Content Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. During law school, Jonah interned with the Consumer Justice clinic at the East Bay Community Law Center. Prior to law school, Jonah worked at a legal-technology start-up and as a corporate paralegal.

Jonah is admitted to practice law in California.
