Overview
Joris Monin de Flaugergues is a partner in the Investigations & White-Collar Defense practice at the Paris office of Paul Hastings. Before joining Paul Hastings, Joris practiced at a leading international law firm and later at Antonin Lévy & Associés, a firm recognized as a leader in white-collar litigation and investigations.
His practice focuses on white-collar criminal litigation, compliance, and internal investigations. He specializes in advising and representing companies exposed to product compliance issues and industrial risk matters. He also has significant experience handling complex financial and tax cases before criminal courts as well as before the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés financiers).
Joris has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. In 2018, he was elected First Secretary of the Paris Bar Conference (Premier Secrétaire de la Conférence du Barreau de Paris).
