Liam Murphy is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, criminal fraud, and internal government investigations.
Mr. Murphy has represented individuals, corporations, financial institutions, and non-profits in state and federal investigations and proceedings involving allegations of wire fraud, corporate and accounting fraud, criminal antitrust violations, and healthcare fraud and abuse.
Mr. Murphy received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as the Chair of the Moot Court Board, served as Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, and received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School. He earned Bachelors of Arts degrees in Communication Studies, where he was Valedictorian, and Political Science from the University of Kansas Honors College. Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice law in New York.
