Linda Chang is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Chang's practice is focused on litigation before federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. Her experience includes cases involving patent, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition claims, and she has extensive experience involving pre-litigation investigation through trial and appeal. Ms. Chang has also counseled numerous clients ranging from international corporations to startups on IP protection.
Ms. Chang's experience spans a variety of high technology industries, including semiconductors, LEDs, telecommunications, commercial electronics, and medical devices. Prior to law school, she was an embedded software engineer for a defense contractor.
