Overview
Meiyi Li is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Meiyi’s practice focuses on securities offerings, post-IPO compliance and other general corporate matters. Meiyi is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Meiyi worked in the corporate department of two leading international law firms with headquarters based in the U.S.
