Natalia H. Jordan is an attorney in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Jordan’s practice is focused primarily on international commercial matters, including all aspects of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, political risk, and international trade credit insurance.
Ms. Jordan regularly advises U.S. multinational companies regarding FCPA issues, including assessment of compliance programs, due diligence in acquisitions and investments in high risk countries, and internal investigations. She also has significant experience in the development and implementation of anticorruption training programs. Recently, she conducted a training program (in Spanish) for a large U.S. software company for its employees and consultants doing business in Latin America. Ms. Jordan also advises political risk insurance entities on coverage matters, arbitration of disputes and recovery activities.
