Overview
Pierre Zientara is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice and is based in the Paris office.
His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, both in advisory and litigation proceedings, as well as compliance, ethics and internal investigations, with an emphasis on environmental criminal law.
During his training, he worked for the National Financial Prosecutor's (the Parquet National Financier), the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC), and leading law firms.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he worked at the law firm Antonin Lévy & Associés.
