
Overview
Rachel Shoemaker is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
Rachel received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2025, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and earned awards for her achievements in intellectual property law and the right of publicity. While in law school, Rachel served as an Arthur Littleton Fellow (Legal Research and Writing Instructor), a member of the Moot Court Board and senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude with honors, from the Ohio State University in 2025.
