Overview

Sara Hoult is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. Sara counsels and represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, trade secret litigation and noncompetition disputes.

In addition, Sara counsels and advises employers on general employment compliance matters and other personnel management matters, including terminations, employee discipline, employee handbooks, severance and release agreements and confidentiality agreements.

During law school, she was the Executive Editor of Illinois Articles for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and served as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to joining the firm, Sara was an associate attorney in the employment and compensation practice group at a well-known global law firm.
