Overview
Wajid Ashraf is a private funds associate in the credit funds practice in the London office of Paul Hastings.
Mr. Ashraf focuses his practice on advising asset managers and sponsors on the structuring, formation, fundraising and general operation of private investment funds.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Ashraf worked at another international law firm and before that as Legal Counsel in the Asset Management Group of a FTSE 100 life and pensions business. Mr. Ashraf advised investment teams on a range of asset-management activities, including fund investments, private placements, investment management agreements and custody operations.
