Our first-year associates enjoy monthly practice-specific instruction and broader training on leadership, technology and career advancement to sharpen their legal acumen and business judgment. Mid-level associates join a symposium that explores paths to partnership or alternative careers and creates personalized plans. The Talent Development leadership team bolsters associates’ growth through regular in-person visits, engagement and dialogue.

Associates receive personalized coaching from our in-house director of attorney careers, as well as guidance on professional development, goal setting, mentorship, networking and career planning.
