Paul Hastings Acted as Counsel on ESG Advisory Work for TPG Rise Climate’s €6.7 Billion Acquisition of Techem
Paul Hastings LLP acted as counsel on ESG advisory work for TPG Rise Climate, the dedicated climate investing strategy of TPG’s global impact investing platform, in its proposed acquisition of Techem, a German energy service provider, from Partners Group.
The transaction values Techem at an enterprise value of around €6.7 billion.
