Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Eurazeo in the negotiation and conclusion with Crédit Suisse Asset Management, assisted by Balzac REIM, of the commercial lease of its future headquarters with 8,500 square meters office space and located at 64-66 rue Pierre-Charron in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
Real Estate partner Jean-Louis Martin led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Tom Chanseau.
