Paul Hastings LLP advised Goldman Sachs, a financial advisor to Skyworks (Nasdaq: SWKS), which specializes in high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, in its combination with Qorvo, a leading global provider of connectivity and power solutions. The combination will create a $22 billion U.S.-based leader in high-performance radio frequency, analog and mixed-signal solutions.
